Landlord Services – Eviction

Today we carried out a last-minute eviction job in East Ham, which was only booked in the day before. We met the High Court Enforcement Officer at 9:30am to change the locks on a property our client had been trying to recover for over six months due to non-payment of rent. This was our first job with this client, who contacted us after another locksmith cancelled at short notice. We were able to step in quickly and get the job completed without delay.
